Par value of a share is $50. Minimum share balance $50. This amount must be maintained in the regular share account at all times in order to remain a member of this credit union.
Our savings accounts are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration. We allow up to $250,000 in combined share/certificate deposits per member.
Business Savings
NYU FCU Members can save for their businesses with a dedicated Business Savings account.

A separate business savings account can be good places to store business funds you don't need on a regular basis.​ With less fees and minimum balance requirements, saving for your business is easy at NYU FCU.

Open a business savings account with just $50 and you're ready to begin saving for your company's future necessities. A regular individual membership is required before opening a Business Account. All members of the business must be NYU affiliated. Only businesses established in New York are eligible.
