Start Using Your New Card on July 29
We're updating cards for all NYU FCU members. Review the information below to get your new card activated and ready to use.
What Changed?
Your Card Number, Expiration Date, PIN & Security Code.
On or Before July 29, 2026:
Activate Your New Card:
Call the phone number listed on your new card and set up a new PIN. You must call from the phone number you have on file with NYU Federal Credit Union. The PIN you are currently using will NOT automatically work with your new card, you must call to activate the card AND select a PIN before using.
Update Automatic Payments:
If you have reoccurring charges (utilities, subscriptions, etc.) paid with your card, notify those companies with your new card information.
On July 29, 2026:
Begin Using Your New Card:
Your current card will deactivate on July 29, 2026, and you can begin using your new contactless card.
