Is Thriftiness an Inborn Trait, Or Can It Be Learned?

We all know those true penny-pinchers – you may even be married to one! They’re the people who would never dream of dropping $5 on a cup of coffee, happily walk four blocks in the pouring rain to save on parking fees, and think nothing of visiting three stores to get the best prices on groceries. Naturally, these people have incredible impulse control and manage to put away a lot more money than the rest of us mere mortals.
